I guess...
Biggio getting a pinch hit rbi that was the go ahead run at the time, and the Astros eventually winning the game after an offensive explosion in the 11th is better than Biggio getting plunk 263.
I guess.
If you want to look at it that way.
It will have to do until tomorrow, when the Astros are back home against the second most plunked team in the Majors, the Toronto Bluejays - a team that is not impressed by a retractable roof.

It's too bad Biggio wasn't part of the Cardinals/Red Sox game Tuesday night, with their 5 hit batters. I suppose you can always dream, though.
So when are folks going to start talking about the modern era being the 21st Century? How come on many lists Don Baylor is shown at the top, and Tommie Tucker and Hughie Jennings are quietly lopped off like they don't matter? Don Baylor is so "last century" that it is painful... he ought to be lopped off too. Just start listing Biggio at the top because, after all, he is playing in the "modern era" and Baylor played in the previous Millennium.
