On a 1-2 pitch in the first inning tonight, Brian Moehler plunked Craig Biggio just 7 pitches into the game. Moehler becomes the 198th pitcher to hit Craig Biggio with a pitch. Biggio needs 7 more to tie Don Baylor's modern record, and 27 to tie the all time mark.
Interestingly, just as Biggio was getting hit, sportscenter was showing a bit where Rich Eisen asked Harold Reynolds how Biggio has managed to get hit 259 times.
