Cubs notes and other points of interest

The Cubs have plunked Craig Biggio 19 times using 12 different pitchers. 12 of the 19 have occurred at Wrigley Field, by 9 different pitchers. Biggio's first Wrigley plunking came on 8/13/1992 in the 7th inning courtesy of Frank Castillo - with his last pitch of the game before being pulled. Castillo learned nothing from that, because he hit Biggio again the next season and a third time in 1996.
Biggio's most recent hit-by-pitch at Wrigley was last June 1st by today's pitch, Glendon Rusch.

In other news, Mike Berardino of the South Florida Sun-Sentinal wrote a piece about Biggio and the record chase over the weekend. He had the opportunity to ask Biggio some questions about the record, and noted some excellent facts such as:
While longtime Astros running mate Jeff Bagwell (tied for fourth on the active list) twice suffered a broken hand from getting hit at the plate, Biggio has never landed on the disabled list due to his strange forte.

and for the hit chart, Biggio says he "has been hit in the head four times and once on the cheekbone."

So have you compiled a which-body-parts-have-been-hit chart? Four on the head leaves another 250-plus to account for.

Is his cheekbone not located on his head, or something?
