Teeth removed, but not by a pitch

For those of you who have speculated that Craig Biggio must somehow enjoy pain to be hit by a pitch 270 times, you'll be interested to note that he missed last nights game having had his wisdom teeth removed earlier in the day. Meanwhile, the Astros continued their combined efforts to move Roger Clemens to dead last among starting pitchers in run support. I'm not encouraging this, but Clemens is 90th and has a long way to go to catch 1O2nd place Kip Wells. Clemens run support is down to 3.91, but Kip Wells is only getting 2.69 runs of support per 9 innings of work. On the other hand, David Wells is enjoying 8.06 runs of support per 9 innings (but he really needs it).
Hopefully Biggio will be back in the line up tonight, getting on base by any means necessary, willing to sacrifice more teeth if need be. Doug Davis, tonight's starter for the Brewers, has never hit Craig Biggio with a pitch, but he has hit 3 batters this year and 20 in his career.
Biggio has never been plunked on August 19th.
